Here's a sample of Alicia's meal planner when she was 8-10 months old (based on 3 meals a day):

Very conscientious mother! I just feed her almost the same thing for lunch and dinner-- rice, bok choy/carrots and chicken/egg/tofu and some fruit. :p
ReplyDeletePediatrician advised against feeding her the Gerber products as they contain High Fructose Corn Syrup. Cheerios are a healthier alternative.

ReplyDeleteShe doesn't eat the Gerber product that often so I think it's still ok. The Cheerios I've seen in Sg are sold in a ridiculously huge box and that's a great disincentive to try the pdt out... I dun wanna be stuck eating her food for her :)
